Privacy notice
Last updated 8 November 2026
The short version: this site counts how often each page is viewed, but it doesn't track you, doesn't set cookies and doesn't sell anything.
Who is responsible
This is the personal website of Francesco Fusco. For any privacy question, contact me.
What this site collects
- Page-view counter. I don't want to track anyone. I just want to know whether anyone
visits this site, and that's all this does. When you open a page, a small script sends that page's path
(for example
/about/) to a counter I run on Netlify, which adds one to that page's total in an Upstash database. That path and its running total are all that's stored: no IP address, no cookies, no device or browser details, no identifiers, and no way to tell visitors apart or follow you from page to page. Like any web server, Netlify may briefly process technical data such as your IP address and browser type in its logs to deliver the request (see Netlify's privacy policy). If you block JavaScript, nothing is counted. - No advertising, no cookies, no third-party trackers.
- Hosting. The site is served by GitHub Pages. Like any web server, GitHub may process technical data such as your IP address in its logs for security and operation. See GitHub's privacy statement.
- Fonts are served from this site itself; no requests go to third-party font services.
