Hello, I’m Francesco Fusco.
Machines can do more of the work. What’s left is the interesting part.
I’m an engineering and AI leader who never stopped building things. By day I help people and organizations make sense of AI and turn it into something genuinely useful for their customers; the rest of the time I build apps, run experiments, write, take photographs, and follow questions that don’t have simple answers.

A little about me
I started close to the code, as an engineer and architect, and gradually moved toward leading teams and organizations, but I never lost my love of making things. AI has made that part of my life unexpectedly exciting again, and it has pushed me to think harder about the value of human judgment, creativity, and attention.

I write Monday Muse when I have something worth saying about technology, work, and what it all means for us. If something here sparked an idea, I'd be glad to hear from you, too.
