Throughout my career I’ve successfully built and led teams of talented designers and engineers in designing, implementing, deploying, and maintaining large-scale digital solutions.

My expertise spans developing end-to-end digital solutions aimed at consumers, businesses, industries, and governmental entities across various global geographies, including Europe, the USA, LatAm, and APAC.

During my tenure with one of the largest utility companies in the market, I managed a diverse portfolio of digital touchpoints serving B2C and B2B. My responsibilities included budget management (> $10M), people management (team size > 50), and overseeing the hiring process (interviewed and assessed more than 100 candidates).

Coaching and mentoring are crucial to accelerating our career growth and realise our full potential. Throughout my career progression from client-facing solutions architect to lead enterprise architect and eventually to head of engineering, I’ve had the privilege of interacting with, working alongside, teaching, mentoring, supporting, and learning from diverse stakeholders, ranging from peers and suppliers to clients and C-level executives. This experience has provided me with a unique perspective on how to build a credible personal brand and become an effective leader. I am excited to share that knowledge with you.
